SHD-1000

The SHD1000 Automatic Block Making Machine

is similar to the SMB0100 but this is a hydraulic machine which has the same production capabilities as the other machine, but produces a stronger block, due to the greater pound pressure applied by the hydraulic system.
The block manufacturer can also realize substantial savings by using less cement. A ratio from 8:1 to 11:1 sand/cement can be achieved. This machine is designed for the manufacturer with limited space, limited budget and the desire to achieve good quality, high volume of blocks, with the minimum cash outlay.
There are many machines on the market that are much larger and triple the price, with a daily production that is similar or less than this machine.
This machines can be equipped with an automatic elevator/skip for loading mix into hopper, agitator, an automatic pallet feeder, pallet ejector, brush for cleaning blocks and a run off conveyor (see above). It is suggested that you use a high capacity mixer of over 500 liters. A work force of 5 to 7 employees would keep this factory running at full capacity.

The SHD-700 Automatic Block Making Machine

is the largest stationary machine that we feature This machine can utilize both hydraulic and pneumatic systems, depending on the customer's preference. Hydraulic system is always used for pressing and releasing the blocks. The block manufacturer can also realize substantial savings by using less cement. A ratio from 8:1 to 12:1 sand + aggregate to cement can be achieved. This machine is designed for the manufacturer with limited space, limited budget and the desire to achieve good quality, high volume of blocks, with the minimum cash outlay.

SHD-640/754

This is a Specially Designed Low Profile Block Machine

we playfully call it the poor man’s block factory. Your factory can be up and running by just adding a mixer and wheelbarrow. The green blocks are removed from the block machine, by means of a specially designed fork hand truck. A slightly inclined ramp is required.
The SHD640 Hydraulic Block Making has the same production capabilities as the other machine, but produces a stronger block and cost thousands of dollars less than machines with similar production capabilities.
The block manufacturer can also realize substantial savings by using less cement. A ratio from 8:1 to 11:1 sand/cement can be achieved. This machine is designed for the manufacturer with limited space, limited budget, and the desire to achieve good quality, high volume of blocks, with the minimum cash outlay. This is Pneumatic Stationary Machine

that can produce about 6,000 four inch blocks per day. It can be equipped with an automatic elevator for loading mix into hopper. It requires a concrete mixer with a capacity of at least 300 liters to maintain a constant flow of blocks. This machine requires a commercial grade air compressor of at least 20 cu.ft. The machine as illustrated is the SUPERMAC, which features a pallet feeder, pallet ejector, cleaning brush for exit blocks and a run off conveyor. The SMB0100 is the basic model without the pallet feeder/ejector and exit conveyor with cleaning brush. .

  • 5 - 09 x 20 x 40mm (3.5") blocks per cycle or about 6,000/day
  • 4 - 10 x 20 x 40mm (4") blocks per cycle or about 5,000/day

The SHD1000 Automatic Block Making Machine


Specifications::

  • Power: 6.5 HP 3 Phase, 440 volts or 2 Phase 220 volts. S model works best with 3 phase electric.
  • Hydraulic Pump: 5 HP, 3.5GPM, 2880 RPM, producing 20 liters at 140 bar. The oil is supplied to the manual control valve, which controls the operation of the ram and the mould box lift. The hydraulic circuit incorporates a filter and is protected by a preset relief valve.
  • Vibrator: 1 HP 2880 RPM.
  • Traveler: 0.5 HP 1440 RPM
